  • If 2 people  need 2 bedrooms, we will have to charge the price for 3 people
  • Visitor's tax  2026:  € 2,10 per person (from 14 years of age) and overnight stay, 2027 it will be more expensive
  • Reduction for children/day up to 12 years € 5.- (13.01.2027 - 13.05.2027 )
  • Per day / child up to 2 years of age (sleeping in the parents bedroom in a crib) € 18.-
  • Dogs are welcome-per dog without food € 12.- (bring your own dogbed)
  • For cleaning €90.- to € 100.- depending on the size of the apartment
  • We charge the price of the high season also outside the high season if the duration of your stay is 4 days or less
  • Breakfast Ackpfeiferhof not Plateidhof per day/ person € 25.-, child 0-4 years of age € 10.-, child 4-8 years of age € 14.-, child 8-12 years of age € 19.-
  • Bread service gratis

 

 

Standard terms and conditions

  • Our house is open all year around
  • please understand, that we ask for a booking confirmation (deposit) amounting 30% of the total sum. The deposit will be retained as compensation, if the service has not been claimed.  
  • Consumer Protection: Please refer to the statutory provision, Article 45-67 of the italian consumer protection codex GvD 206/2005.
  • Cancellation in writing:  up to 90 days prior to arrival we will withhold 70 % of the expenses for the accommodation and within the last 30 days, we will withhold 100 % of the expenses for the accommodation.
  • Therefore, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
  • In the case of late arrival and early departure, the full price of the booked stay will be charged. 
  • payment: we prefer bank transfer , cash only up to Euro 999.-
  • Arrival and departure: the apartments are available from 16.00pm on the day of arrival .  
  • We kindly request that the apartments be vacated by 09.30am on the day of departure
  • Free taxi service to and from the nearest train and bus stations on the days of arrival and departure.
